Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch is currently providing medical equipment planning services for this 344,000sf facility which will be one of the largest suburban pediatric medical centers in the nation. It will sit on a 55-acre tract in West Houston. The West Campus facility’s distinguished range of pediatric services will feature:
• 220,000sf ambulatory building & MOB
• 294,000sf inpatient facility, with 48-intermediate and acute care beds and an additional 48-bed capacity upon further completion
• The only dedicated pediatric emergency room in the greater West Houston area
• Advanced imaging services to include MRI and CT scans
• Surgical services
• Neurophysiology sleep laboratory
