Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch provided medical equipment planning services for this 344,000sf facility which is one of the largest suburban pediatric medical centers in the nation. It sits on a 55-acre tract in West Houston. The West Campus facility’s distinguished range of pediatric services features:
- 220,000sf ambulatory building & MOB
- 294,000sf inpatient facility, with 48-intermediate and acute care beds and an additional 48-bed capacity upon further completion
- The only dedicated pediatric emergency room in the greater West Houston area
- Advanced imaging services to include MRI and CT scans
- Surgical services
- Neurophysiology sleep laboratory
