



State of Oregon, New Tier III Data Center, Salem, OR

This new $20M data center, located on a Greenfield site, consolidated 12 data centers located throughout Oregon. The 45,000sf data center, with a 15,000sf raised floor, was designed to Tier III criteria and an initial of density of 55W/sf, expandable to 110W/sf. The remainder of the building houses infrastructure, administrative, and support spaces. Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch provided full MEP design, as well as fi re protection, data/telephone, security consulting, and engineering services from planning and programming through construction for turn-key delivery of the data center. The project incorporated several sustainable features and achieved a LEED Silver rating equivalent.
