In recent years, many have looked to M+NLB's environmental performance consulting experts for education, awareness, and guidance. As national awareness and legislation surrounding climate change has increased, M+NLB has focused expertise on helping our clients better prepare for the future. As a result, a new division was created—BLUE Environmental Performance Consulting. This division supports the multidisciplinary MEPT engineering design and consulting efforts of M+NLB’s nine nationwide offices providing clients with the expertise and tools necessary to prepare for upcoming regulations; offering awareness, education, and training; and aiding public, private, and non-profit organizations in mitigating their built environments harmful impacts.
Our environmental performance consulting experience spans the healthcare, mission critical, laboratory, and higher education environments, in the both public and private sectors. BLUE’s menu of services encompasses environmental impact analysis, energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) management consulting and emissions inventory, and emission-reduction strategies.
Environmental performance consulting acts as a complement, rather than a supplement, to our traditional engineering services. While other firms lack a thorough understanding of system designs due to limited capabilities, our gamut of traditional engineering and environmental performance consulting services further informs clients of all possible methods of implementing sustainable, cost-efficient solutions.
