What is involved?
Research – Researchers all over the world are tackling climate change in small bits before recommending legislation to policy makers. Engaging in research is the best way to understand and shape ground-level notions that may evolve into policy. BLUE is involved with a number of research entities and is constantly searching and submitting grant applications to finance new studies. We welcome all inquiries as to how to get involved with similar research opportunities.
Policy Influence – BLUE acts as the industry’s representative to policy makers. Many of our principals sit on several code committees and have access to a variety of building impact data. This places us in a strong position to help clients make the case for a policy change that could further curb the damage of climate change, while ensuring the organization stays competitive.
