Live from Cap Haitien, it’s Saturday Night!

Dinner usually consists of an unidentifiable vegetable...
Unfortunately, there is nothing special to report. I am sitting up by the dark prosthetics lab (it is about 10:30 pm here now) with Jeff, sharing the internet connection. The guys worked hard today, trying to get the surgeries to a good point. About half of the first floor is dedicated to three ORs and various support spaces, and we are trying to get them all completed before Monday morning, so we worked hard today. We had a glitch when they had an emergency surgery case, and we had to evacuate one of the ORs. We will try to finish them all tomorrow night.
Saturday night is not that much fun in the volunteer compound at Milot; it is a lot different here than the last time I was here.
Anyway, we are doing a good thing, and we will keep it up.
Here is a photo of my Saturday night dinner.
Goodnight.
