Following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, building owners and facilities needed immediate and on-going infrastructure repairs and relief. In response to these needs, M+NLB's Baton Rouge office was there to help. To provide better care and meet the critical needs of existing and new clients, the New Orleans office was opened in 2010 by Spivey Lipsey, Jr.
The New Orleans office provides MEPT engineering to span all of the firm's market sectors and is particularly well versed in hazard vulnerability assessments and needs for the New Orleans community.
