Grace Olupinyo joined Mazzetti as a Decarbonization and Sustainability Specialist with over eight years of experience. She started her profession in her home country of Nigeria in a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) as an intern to assist in the nation’s issues of droughts and flooding. Through her experience, Grace learned the importance of adapting to change in the work of resiliency and sustainability.

So, without further ado, let’s meet our first featured engineer, Austin Barolin, PE, CEM, LEED AP O&M.

The Reimagining the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit workshop sought to generate ideas for the future, optimal NICU without specific site or client constraints. Key themes include family-centered care, technology-enabled care, neighborhood and village design and investing in the care team. Recommendations include a supportive physical environment, celebrating milestones, complementary and alternative medicine, enhancing the transition of care, aiding the transition period, and leveraging technology.

We are delighted to announce that Tiffany Frasier has joined Mazzetti as our new Chief People Officer. Her alignment with Mazzetti's mission to foster healthier and more sustainable environments is driven by a personal commitment to daily improvement and a passion for people.

Mazzetti is helping transform healthcare infrastructure through renewable energy, working in partnership with Valley Children’s Healthcare.
